Milton Township
Voting list Aug. 4, 1851

	At an annual Election held in Milton Township at the usual place of
holding Elections in said Township on Monday the 4th day of August 1851.
It being the first Monday in said Month according to Law held for the
purpose of Electing One Representative to Congress, Two Representatives
to the State Legislature, One Sheriff, one afessor [old style s], Two 
afsociate Judges, One County Commissioner for the 2nd District, and one
prosecuting attorney. Also for and against the new Constitution and also
for and against the 13th Article of said Constitution which is for the
exclusion and Colonization of Negroes and Mullatoes when James Hankins
Inspector had taken to his aforesaid.

	We the undersigned Inspector Judges and Clerks of an Election held
at the usual place of holding Elections in Milton Township on Monday the 4th
day of August 1851 held for the purpose of Electing one Representative to
Congress of Two Representatives to the State Legislature One Sheriff, One
Assessor Two associate Judges One County Commifsioners for the 2nd district
and one prosecuting Attorney Also for and against the new Constitution and
also for and against the 13th article of said Constitution which is for the
Exclusion and Colonization of Negroes and Mulattoes do hereby certify that
