Jackson Farm
Milton Twp., Jefferson County, Indiana
Sec. 18 Twp. 4N Range 12E.
by Robert W. Scott
This transcription by the John Paul DAR simply calls this the Jackson farm, but it probably should be called the Alley Cemetery. William A. Gray, son of N & S Gray, is the grandson of Susannah Alley, who was Susannah Neal. This cemetery is not on the Jefferson County Road Map. A E. Jackson Jr. owned 73 acres in the E1/2 SW1/4 Section 18 according to the 1900 Jefferson Co. property map. Modern Greenbrier Road cuts through this property. The note about Joseph Alley is from the DAR.
