The John Paul DAR transcription gives the Section, but not the quarter section. However, Section 25 places this cemetery near the Bear Bridge in Milton Twp. It is not shown on the Jefferson County road map. The 1900 property map of Jefferson County shows that Madison Bear owned 72. 5 acres in the SE1/4 of Section 25. Both the Brooksburg Road and Indian-Kentuck Creek cross through this property.
